The Free TCM Clinic commenced on 4 January 2010, in collaboration with Cheng Hong Welfare Service Society. It aims to serve the underprivileged residents in the community with free TCM consultation, acupuncture services, and medication for all patients.

The clinical service is managed by Dr. Wong Liew Yee, Dr Liew Foong Yin, Dr Tan Hwee Nguan, a pharmacist and two receptionists, and are supported by professional staff members and a group of dedicated volunteers.
